Experience in basement waterproofing or a related trade helps. If you have the attitude and not yet the trade experience, say so, because we do train.

Roles We Hire For

We are a small team, so openings come and go with the work. These are the roles we hire into.

Basement Waterproofing Technician

Hands-on basement waterproofing work at customer properties across Iowa. You do the job, keep the site clean, and explain to the customer what was done.

Qualifications

• Experience in basement waterproofing or a related trade
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Comfortable talking with customers in their homes

Benefits

• Company vehicle or mileage for job sites

Crew Lead

Run a small crew on site: sequence the day, protect the property, keep the job safe, and be the customer's point of contact while work is underway.

Qualifications

• Several years in the trade with time leading others
• Able to read a scope and keep a job on schedule
• Calm, clear communicator

Estimator

Visit properties in Iowa, find what the job actually needs, and write a scope and estimate a customer can understand.

Qualifications

• Solid basement waterproofing background
• Careful with numbers and honest with customers
• Organized enough to keep several quotes moving

Office and Scheduling Coordinator

Answer calls, book visits, keep the schedule honest, and follow up so nobody is left wondering what happens next.

Qualifications

• Friendly on the phone and quick on a keyboard
• Reliable and detail-minded
• Trade experience helpful but not required
